As of March 28, the "Kecle 2.0" Microvascular Anastomosis Device, independently developed by Kechuang Medical, has surpassed 3,000 clinical applications nationwide, covering 86 hospitals across 18 provinces and municipalities. The mature application of the product in multiple surgical procedures marks a significant leap for domestic microsurgical instruments—from technological breakthrough to large-scale clinical validation—breaking the long-standing monopoly of imported devices. It stands as a successful practice of "domestic substitution" and industrial upgrading, demonstrating the strong potential of China's medical device industry to transition from "manufacturing" to "intelligent manufacturing."
