Kechuang Medical's "Kecle" Microvascular Anastomosis Device has recently achieved a significant breakthrough by being successfully applied in lymphaticovenous anastomosis surgery, a first for a domestically produced device in this field. This success extends its use to more complex vascular reconstruction scenarios and has been effectively validated in procedures for oral cancer and lymphedema at multiple hospitals in provinces such as Shandong and Hunan. This progress marks an important technological leap from microvascular to lymphatic anastomosis, providing a safer and more efficient clinical solution and demonstrating the considerable potential of domestic high-end medical devices in complex surgeries.
